Mapping Out the Problem

Following the Design Sprint proposed by Jake Knapp, we started the second week with mapping out the problem. We investigated the current food system, and found insights on which parts are the most problematic, and where we can possibly generate some solution. We landed on a refined problem statement which addresses the consumers eating habits.
